One of the simplest and most natural practice of all. It is said that smiling has the effect of slightly opening the crown chakra. That might explain why it feels good to smile. We literally open ourselves to divine influence. Whatever the mood we’re in, we can always find a pleasant sensation while smiling if we’re mindful enough.
