Hi, my name is Maxime Talbot (you can call me Max) and I am very happy to share with you what I have learned in my healing and spiritual journey. This longing to share inspired me to create Moment Practice, a collection of short mindfulness and spiritual meditations that can be done in a moment to increase your inner peace, happiness and compassion. After years of spiritual practices, I felt the need to bring practices outside of sitting meditations into active life.

With Moment Practice, I try to share one short practice per day, mostly through our Instagram account. All these practices are updated regularly on the website and classified into relevant categories. On the website, I also plan to occasionally share what I discovered and found most helpful in my journey toward better physical and  emotional health as well as spiritual fulfillment. I hope that this can be of some help to you in your own journey.
