Being mindful of others can change our perspectives. We normally go by in our lives without truly acknowledging the presence of other human beings surrounding us.
It is a great practice to do while in public transport where we usually are on our smartphone and not too much aware of the people around us. If we open up to the presence of others, who knows what might happen.
