While we may put our attention on breathing in fully, we usually don’t focus much on breathing out. We need to empty our lungs in order to fill them up with fresh new air. When you exhale completely, your body will produce a reflex of inhalation that creates an optimal breathe. This simple practice will let you release the excess of carbon dioxide filling your lungs and train yourself to breathe more deeply and efficiently.
